Melita Callahan

For more than 20 years Melita has combined technical proficiency with an excitement and genuine love for brand communications. As the unofficial “Chief Executive Alchemist” at Tricor, Melita is known for her unique and enterprising approach to delivering the best in client service, and having the innate ability to take something ordinary and make it amazing. Working with long-term, creative clients fulfills Melita’s enjoyment of connecting on the service level and providing the best client solutions.

Passionate about her community, Melita volunteers countless hours to a broad range of local organizations. Over the years she has discovered deep, interpersonal connections through service and continues to be humbled when witnessing perseverance through adversity. A self-proclaimed free spirit, Melita has a personal affection for motorcycles, classic trucks and surf culture. She is profoundly proud of her son who lives a life of creativity and passion, and has taken to heart his mom’s advice that if you choose a job you love, you never have to work a day in your life.

Andrea Allen
Business Development Director

Andrea researches and develops effective marketing programs that combine clients’ brand needs with Tricor products and services. She works with clients in a wide variety of industries including automotive, transportation, industrial equipment, food service and software. With more than 25 years’ experience in the printing industry, Andrea started her career in customer service, managed multiple print retail locations and served as president of a commercial print plant before joining Tricor to head business development. Whether developing a tradeshow booth from concept to completion for the automotive industry’s largest event, or creating on-brand promotional products and print programs, Andrea is up for any task that helps her clients communicate their brand more effectively.

With a love of boating, wakeboarding and just being on the water, Andrea’s energy and enthusiasm is not restricted to the office.

Holly Marshall
Vice President of Accounting

With more than 18 years in the accounting field, Holly manages key financial functions for Tricor. She develops monthly and annual reports, and is proud of her ability to streamline and manage the abundance of workflow and accounting activity produced by the company’s tremendous growth. With a constant eye on professional development, she furthers her education through college courses and seminars, and recently acquired certification from the National Bookkeepers Association.

With a variety of hobbies outside the office, including kayaking, Zumba and researching genealogy, Holly is active in pursuing what she loves. She is thankful for the wonderful examples set by her parents and grandparents who were committed to a loyal work ethic while balancing family and life at home.

Rob Noe
Creative Direction & Strategy, Business Development

Rob is the master of creating branded marketing campaigns that effectively blend his clients’ stories with technical sophistication. His unofficial title of “Creative Entrepreneurial Engineer” is evidence of his unique ability to analyze programs and chart project courses for multi-location clients such as Columbia Sportswear and Pendleton Woolen Mills.  With a strategic approach, eye for detail and never-say-never attitude, Rob manages projects from design to prototyping to production to execution. Having worked more than a decade at Tricor, Rob enjoys the unique niche services he creates and the connections he makes with life-long clients and colleagues.

Rob’s creative approach extends to his hobbies of rebuilding classic cars and recording music in his home studio. These passions started at a young age: he played drums at the 1982 World’s Fair in Knoxville at the age of 8 and pin-striped cars professionally during his teenage years. A survivor of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and a stem cell transplant, Rob’s life experiences fuel his passion for touching people’s hearts through community service, personal relationships and those in need.

Janet Brehm
Senior Account Executive

Janet has managed business relationships with long-term Tricor clients such as Roseburg Forest Products, Precision Castparts, Gentle Dental and First Tech Federal Credit Union for more than 14 years. She strives to provide superior customer service combined with efficiency and her clients’ best interests in mind. With an extensive background in customer and sales support, Janet listens to her clients’ needs and works with her established network of manufacturing partners to find proactive solutions that will best support their marketing programs.

A biker chick at heart, Janet can be found out exploring on her Harley-Davidson or partaking in local motorcycle events.

Ed LaLonde
Senior Account Executive

Ed has worked with Tricor clients for more than 25 years, combining his technical knowledge of print process with a passion for providing world-class solutions. Whether working on branding campaigns for large companies in the wood processing and food services industry, automating processing for government agencies, or managing inventory with the small “mom and pop” video store, Ed specializes in finding solutions for each of his clients’ unique business needs. With his extensive professional experience and connections in the print industry, Ed’s clients know they can count on him to offer great solutions for any challenge and exceed their expectations – every time.

Ed doesn’t shy away from many challenges. A landscape designer in his free time, he loves the task of taking an overgrown, high-maintenance yard and turning that jungle into a livable place to relax and enjoy. He is also an avid runner, who has participated in several destination team relays, and works with special needs athletes as they compete in Special Olympics Track & Field.

Dennis Riley
Senior Account Executive

With more than 20 years in the print industry, Dennis epitomizes the unique set of consulting and project management skills that Tricor is known for delivering. Working on national accounts that range from lumberyards to steel manufacturers, Dennis enjoys the process of creating customized programs that meet every client’s unique business needs, brand and budget.

Inspired by the way his four children excitedly view the world around them, along with the close relationship he held with his late father, Dennis is reminded to live every day to its fullest.  His voice may even sound familiar to some thanks to his role as official announcer for the annual pig and duck races at Maris Farms, part of an annual fundraiser for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Mike Rosa
Senior Account Executive

Mike guides Tricor clients toward achieving their objectives and goals in marketing and business strategies, due to his 30 years of expertise in the print industry. With deep expertise in the wine industry, Mike has managed design programs for some of the top wineries in Oregon as well as the nationally recognized Allison Inn & Spa, located in his hometown of Newberg.

By connecting with Tricor’s vast partnerships with manufacturing providers, Mike gives his clients access to the experts in any given area, from print and promotional products to displays, signage and inventory management, providing incomparable resources to help meet their communication goals.

Mike loves spending time with his wife, grown children and their families, exploring Oregon in their RV, and boating on the numerous lakes and rivers in the state he feels blessed to call home.

Mike joined Tricor in 2016, following almost thirty years at Southwick and ownership of a successful graphic design company. He is a photographer by trade, and has extensive knowledge in print media graphics. His understanding of marketing, design and managing a company provides you top level professionalism.

Mike enjoys traveling the globe with his wife, taking rich and compelling photographs of their travels.

Greg Glassow
Senior Account Executive

Greg Glassow joined Tricor in 2016 and has been in the promotional business for 30 years. He partnered with Southwick Specialty in 2013 after building a successful business with customer service as its foundation. Kathy from Sky Lakes Medical Center, a customer for 30 years states “I work with Greg because he’s dependable, offers great prices, and is always looking out for my best interest.” Greg carries the knowledge and passion to help customers select the most effective way to promote themselves.

An avid outdoorsman, Greg enjoys the regional beauty Southern & Eastern Oregon provides.


Kourtney Hankel
Accounts Receivable Specialist

Kourtney handles a wide variety of accounting tasks, including client invoices and inventory, for all Tricor clients. With keen attention to detail and a professional attitude, Kourtney works with the sales team to coordinate and manage accounting processes, creating an organized department that is knowledgeable and efficient.

With a lifelong appreciation for learning and a love of math and logic programs, Kourtney is currently working on a double major in business administration and accounting.

Ladena Heming
Senior Project Manager

Ladena is a valuable member of the Tricor team, as a Senior Project Manager. Ladena has over 11 years of extensive marketing experience in the promotional branded industry. As a previous marketing representative she brings her knowledge and expertise to the table, along with her wonderful energy and creativity.

During her down time Ladena loves helping to motivate and hold others accountable for a healthier, happier lifestyle, while she continues on her journey as well. Camping is also a huge passion for Ladena, you can find her at least once a month off on a new adventure, while enjoying exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Kyle Hunt
Programming & Graphic Development

Kyle provides innovative and creative solutions to manage technology programs, working with Tricor clients to establish their online presence as well as develop robust marketing templates. He also manages the internal IT at Tricor, leading major technology transitions and providing software support for employees. With a background in digital art and animation, as well as customer service, Kyle is enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and using his ever-increasing toolbox of knowledge and skills to find the best solutions for Tricor clients.

A high flyer, Kyle’s past includes a life in the circus, having briefly trained in the aerial arts, including static trapeze.

Jill Johnson
Key Account Support

Jill maintains the day-to-day routines for inventory, processing orders and invoices for Tricor’s clients. Jill has deep expertise in providing exceptional client support for companies, such as Gentle Dental, focused in the dental industry. A people person, Jill’s positive attitude is reflected in her work and professional relationships with her clients, always on hand to quickly resolve any issues that may occur and correct them from happening again.

Jill loves animals, having adopted two Staffordshire Terriers, Spartan and Athena, whom she loves to spoil, and volunteers with the Oregon Humane Society in her free time. It is her volunteer work that teaches her compassion and inspires her to be a better person and “pay it forward” through doing good deeds.

Barry Neufeld
Online Developer & Customer Support

 Barry assists clients such as Umpqua Bank, Papa Murphy’s, Cardno and Puppet Labs, by providing customer support in the areas of programming and marketing development, including online stores, to ensure overall quality and satisfaction. With a background in fine art, Barry has 14 years’ experience in graphic design, pre-press, authoring and Web-to-print development.

Away from the office, Barry loves to get out and explore with only the bare essentials. Being a backpacking enthusiast has taught him the important lesson that if you learn to leave behind what you don’t need, it is a whole lot easier to move ahead.

Regina Sevshek
Promotional Consultant & Support Lead

 Regina is the “go-to” person for all things promotional at Tricor.  Heavily involved in every stage of development, production and distribution, she designs custom promotional product programs that specifically meet the communication goals and brands for clients such as Umpqua Bank, Puppet Labs, Oregon Symphony and the City of Portland Parks & Recreation. With a keen eye for good promotional products and a love of being a leader, Regina takes pride in keeping morale high and making her team laugh when they need a boost. Regina has more than 10 years’ experience in the print industry, beginning her career in administration at a commercial production plant before joining Tricor in customer service and growing into her current role leading the promotional team.

Regina is a true believer in working hard to get where you want in life, and is grateful to those who have taught her this important lesson, including the influence of her high school marketing teacher who she still keeps in touch with more than a decade later. She also credits her caring and nurturing spirit to growing up with a little brother who has disabilities; she was one of his greatest advocates and always did her best to make sure he knew he was awesome.

Ashley Single
Key Account Support

A member of Tricor’s customer service team, Ashley is continually thinking outside the box to uncover the best approach and solution for clients. She was intricately involved in establishing technology programs for Papé and First Tech Federal Credit Union, and served on support teams for clients such as Cardno, Hannah Pet Society and Umpqua Bank. With more than 10 years’ experience in print production, Ashley’s expertise and attention to detail gives Tricor clients the assurance that their needs are taken care of every day.

An outdoorswoman at heart who loves kicking back and listening to her favorite country music song, Ashley usually can be found hiking, camping or practicing shooting her bow.

Didi Reeves
Key Account Support

With a “can-do” attitude to jump in wherever needed, Didi helps manage and process online orders and coordinate tradeshows for a variety of Tricor clients, including Umpqua Bank, Cardno, Papa Murphy’s and Puppet Labs. With an extensive customer service and project management background, Didi is an expert in helping her clients find solutions and achieve their goals; and though she has 20 years of experience in the print industry, Didi is constantly striving to learn new methods and approaches to do her job even better.

Outside of the office Didi is passionate about supporting various non-profit and volunteer opportunities that help kids in the community, giving them knowledge and confidence to go after their dreams, no matter their circumstances.

Taylor Glassow

Taylor joined Tricor in 2016 after two years at Southwick assisting her father, Greg Glassow with Southern Oregon clients. Starting her own mobile tee shirt screening business at an early entrepreneurial age of 16, Taylor today takes that experience and balances it with her great customer service skills, acute business acumen and professional relationships.



Barb Schweitzer
Sales Assistant

Barb joined Tricor in 2016 following two years at Southwick Specialty. After working as an adminstrative assistant for years, Barb provides high level sales support for key accounts. Barb's multi-tasking skills, positive attitude and a great team focus on support are great assets to our company and clients!

Crystal Addleman
Accounts Payable Specialist

Crystal’s keen attention to detail is invaluable on Tricor’s accounting team as she manages a plethora of paperwork, including vendor invoices and statements, and all billing inquiries. Her past experience in finance and human resources for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southwestern California honed her skills in managing software, auditing, developing spreadsheets, as well as jobs beyond her desk, such as coordinating events and running children’s arts and educational programs.

Crystal’s creative spirit shines in her hobbies, which include sewing, jewelry making, and hair coloring – hers has been every shade of the rainbow! A California native, Crystal is new to Portland and enjoys exploring, hiking and accompanying her video producer husband on local photo shoots.
